True story! My classmate brought her mom to Coral Bay from another high-rated facility. She would not eat or talk, the doctor suggested a feeding tube and she refused. After a few weeks of coming to the 3rd-floor dining room – she was eating and talking. I believe it was the company of the other residents that spoke her language and the food that was mostly soul food. She became the most talkative, plump, and beautiful resident on that floor. Her daughter cried when she returned to see her.

The 4th Floor Staff takes excellent care of Alzheimer's & Dementia patients! My Mother-in-law Margaret Russell has been there since Hurricane Michael Hit Panama City, FL, and destroyed their Nursing Homes! Margaret was sent by Bus that night during the storm! The Staff is awesome! Visitors & staff have to use a different code every day to use the Elevator! So their patients can't leave or get lost!
